Payments must be completed in full before digital products are delivered or services are provided.
Black Wolf Digital currently does not charge Sales and Service Tax (SST) unless legally required under Malaysian law.
4.Digital Product Delivery
Digital products will be delivered electronically through download links, email, or platform access after successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and account information are accurate.
5.Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
For professional services or consultation, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6.Intellectual Property
All products, content, branding, templates, music, documents, and materials provided by Black Wolf Digital remain the intellectual property of Black Wolf Digital unless otherwise stated.

9.Account Suspension or Refusal of Service
